Beautiful homes and nature are the center of our active adult community. The Village on Blackwell Creek is set among preserved forest and green space along the creek, with golf-cart-friendly nature trails, a Georgia Audubon wildlife preserve and lighted streets that make an evening walk easy. It is the first green-space conservation neighborhood in Pickens County.
Life at The Village
The Village is reminiscent of communities of yesteryear, when life was simpler. Front porches sit close to the street so you can wave and say hello to neighbors as they pass, and gathering spots throughout the neighborhood draw people together. Residents thrive in an engaged, active community where deep connections are formed — a place to call home for a lifetime.
